This study aimed to investigate the relationship between organizational capabilities and strategic management, competitive advantage of Ghaemshahr computer school employees. research was descriptive correlation type. The statistical population consisted 100 employees in 2017-2018. A sample size 80 people selected by straddle random sampling based on gender. Data measurement tools included standard questionnaires Jamshidi et al. (2014), Edward al.'s human resources strategy (2006) resident Ramadan (2011).
